Occoquan Counseling, LLC was formed in 2008, by Kelly Facciola, LCSW.  The practice provides psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults in Occoquan, Prince William County, and Southern Fairfax County areas of Virginia.  Originally located in Occoquan, VA, the practice moved to Lake Ridge in 2013, and is currently located at 12866 Harbor Dr, Woodbridge, VA 22192 just past the Tacketts Mill shopping center on Harbor Dr.  As of September 2025, we will also be serving clients in the Manassas area at 9720 Capital Ct, Suite 100, Office 4, Manassas VA 20110. Meghan Baglio, LCSW will be in our Manassas office on Tuesdays. 

We accept most major insurances including Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Care First Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Tricare, United/Optum/UMR.  We also take some medicaid HMOs, currently Anthem Healthkeepers Plus and United Community Health Plan, but we encourage you to contact us to confirm the most up to date information.  We are currently NOT in network with any Aetna plans.  We are also NOT currently accepting new Tricare clients, although we continue to serve current Tricare clients. We hope this is a temporary pause as Tricare works through claim processing problems.
